twin bunk beds. Sleeper sofa in living room. Grill,
microwave, dishwasher, cental air and heat, ceiling fans throughout,
all linens and towels,
beach chairs, cooler and washer/dryer.
The property boasts a lovely, private heated pool, well maintained
tennis court, poolside cabana house with grill, shuffleboard courts.
Onsite management and office.

Well, first of all, you cannot beat the walking beach across the
street. The privately located heated pool comes in a close second.
The property is adjacent to a small shopping mall which includes
four restaurants, bar, liquor store and Food Lion Supermarket that
all couldn't be more convenient. Ponce Inlet offers access to the
best boating, fishing and watersports in Central Florida. 35 Golf
Courses within 45 min drive, including LPGA International and
Victoria Hills (voted best new place to play in Florida by Golf
Digest last year!). We are a 20 minute drive north to Daytona
Speedway and all the great shopping in that area. Kennedy Space
Center is a one half hour drive south and all of the Orlando area
attactions are only a one hour drive away to the west. No way you
will ever get bored!
