Vacation Rental Description

 Perfect for single travelers or couples on a budget.  Recently redone
units with large garden close to town and beaches.  Perfect base for
sightseeing.

  Rosemary Unit has two rooms, two bathrooms.  One room has Queen Bed,
other room can have up to two twin day beds for kids, or just use as
TV room lounge.  This unit has two bathrooms so if a couple rents it
they can each have their own.

  Basil Unit is a small studio unit with queen sized bed,TV, dresser,
and a decent sized bathroom.  Perfect if you just need a basic room.

  Both units have separate entrances, but share a kitchenette and
common area.  This is where friends are made.  Refrigerator,
microwave, gas grill and brick patio area, toaster oven, coffee maker,
suppilies like aluminum foil, plastic baggies, etc., tables & chairs,
high chairs and baby equipment available.  Parking and Laundry on
premises.  

  It's kind of like vacation home meets meets hostel meets B&B (except
 we don't make breakfast).  

Vacation Rental Rates

$40 to $55 / night (Basil Studio with bath) 
$55 to $70 / night (Rosemary 1 b/r 2 bath)
Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party.  Also
add HI tax
of 11.42% and a one time only cleaning fee of $31.25 (Basil Suite) or
$41.66 (Rosemary Suite) plus tax.  

Special high season rates may apply Chirstmas and Ironman.  

Call or E-mail to inquire about low season rates in the Spring and
Fall.  We always have last minute discounts too...
