This unbelievable upscale vacation home will provide you with
everything you need. Grand enough for entertainment, serene enough
for total relaxation, and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
This fantastic nonsmoking, pet free Hilton Head home offers wonderful
lagoon views that extend from the back yard and wrap around the left
side of the house. Beautifully decorated with spacious rooms, high
ceilings, paddles fans and wood flooring throughout.
The first floor offers a beautiful formal dining room with a long
wood table that seats eight. The dining room opens up to the spacious
living room with a fireplace surrounded by floor to ceiling 20 foot
windows, as well as three glass-pained doors that lead out to the
screened in porch. The living room is furnished with two couches, a
chair with an ottoman, 47 inch HD Home Theater. Off the living room is the first master bedroom which has
a king bed, armoire with TV and DVD, and lagoon views. There is a
private bathroom which features marble vanity tops, a porcelain
soaking tub, badet, and a walk in shower with glass door. Also
located on the first floor is the kitchen which is fully equipped
with, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, granite counter tops,
5 burner bosch cook top on the island with three bar stools, a table
that seats eight with a lagoon view and entrance to the back yard.
There is a half bath on the first floor.
The second floor features a landing with a queen sleeper sofa which
overlooks the living room. The second master bedroom has a king bed,
armoire with TV and DVD and lagoon views. There is a private bathroom
which features marble vanity tops, porcelain tub, and a separate walk
in shower with glass door. The Third bedroom with a lagoon view has a
queen bed, TV and shares a bath with the Forth bedroom which has two
full
beds and TV. The Fifth bedroom has trundle beds and TV with DVD. The
house has 2 porta cribs and a high chair in the walk in closet. There
is another full bath in the hall.
The relaxing screened porch with paddle fans and wonderful lagoon
views can be accessed from the first floor master bedroom or one of
the 3 double patio doors off the living room. The porch is spacious
and has a large table with six chairs and two rockers. Steps take you
down to the sundeck, with lounge chairs and heated the Jacuzzi.
Another set of steps lead you down to the heated pool with
gorgeous lagoon views, a large grill and more seating. For
your enjoyment we have 6 adult bikes, double wagon, large cooler,
foosball table and ping pong table in the garage. This is an
unbelievable house. Not only is the interior spectacular but the
outside backyard is incredible, with unmatchable privacy and views.
It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, over the lagoon and through
the Hilton. The Hilton caters to the beach lovers with island music
and island cafe open to the public. Guests can also drive around the
corner to the Disney beach access which has outside snack bar,
showers and restrooms, and chair and umbrella rentals.
