the condo is equipped with two twin size “aero” beds. All linens
and bath towels, iron and ironing board are provided. Hair
dryers are offered in both bathrooms. Local calls are free of
charge. Mirrors abound throughout the entire unit and reflect the
incredible views. This unique sixth floor corner location offers a
birds eye view of both the pool and ocean front. The doublewide
lanai offers patio dining, swivel bucket seating and your own bar
area for the perfect location to enjoy "happy hour" admiring the
tropical sunsets. Wi-Fi access is available from the pool and lobby areas.

Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival. Deposit of 5 nights is
required and refundable if canceled 45 days or more prior to your
arrival, less $100 cancellation fee. Winter Peak Season requires
balance due by Nov. 1st. Summer Peak Season requires
balance due by May 15th. All deposits are forfeited if canceled
less than 45 days prior to arrival date. Non- credit card
transactions require a $300 Security deposit which is refundable
w/in 30 days of departure, less damages.
Add $140 cleaning fee. Add $30/pp to the daily rate for occupancy of more than 4 people.

Monthly rates: 10% DISCOUNT from all rates for stays of 28
days or longer.
