Vacation Rental Description

2BR/2BA at the Mahana (can be offered as a 1BR/1BA). Deluxe 
Oceanfront Condominium Suite w/ Fully Equipped Kitchen & 
Oversized Double Lanai with Panoramic Ocean Views of Both 
the Islands of Lanai & Molokai.  Newly renovated and designer 
decorated. Complete with central A/C, Washer/Dryer, 2Color 
TV's, DVD, CD/Cassette and Stereo. Lie in bed and look 
directly out at the ocean. Sip Pina Coladas at your own bar on the 
privacy of your own lanai. Enjoy the amenities of the Oceanfront 
Pool and Sauna, Lighted Tennis Courts, Gas BBQ Grills, 
Snorkeling, Shuffleboard and Free Parking. Excellent Location. 
Minutes from Downtown Lahaina.  This is a NON-SMOKING 
condominium.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newly renovated and designer decorated.  Complete with central 
A/C, Ceiling Fans, Full Size Washer/Dryer, 2 Color TV's with 
Cable, DVD, CD/Cassette and Stereo. Fully equipped 
upgraded kitchen provides halogen stove top, convection oven, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, on demand hot water 
dispenser, disposal, blender, coffee maker and microwave. 
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom so privacy is never 
an issue. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King size 
bed and has lots of closet space. The Master Bath has a large 
step-in shower with glass doors. The second bedroom is 
furnished with two twin beds which we can reconfigure into a 
King size bed for you.  For additional sleeping accommodations 
the condo is equipped with two twin size “aero” beds.  All linens 
and bath towels, iron and ironing board are provided.  Hair 
dryers are offered in both bathrooms. Local calls are free of 
charge.  Mirrors abound throughout the entire unit and reflect the 
incredible views.  This unique sixth floor corner location offers a 
birds eye view of both the pool and ocean front.  The doublewide 
lanai offers patio dining, swivel bucket seating and your own bar 
area for the perfect location to enjoy "happy hour" admiring the 
tropical sunsets. Wi-Fi access is available from the pool and lobby areas.

Activities and Attractions

Swim, Snorkel, Surf, Windsurf, Kayak, Sail, Whale Watch, Golf, 
Tennis . . . have it all.  World Class Champion Golf Courses 
abound on Maui and many of the best are minutes from your 
door. Our condo is conveniently located for all your vacation 
needs. You are situated right on one of Maui's most beautiful 
beaches. Shopping, entertainment and gourmet dining are all 
nearby. We are a short 5-minute drive to beautiful Whaler's 
village and museum. Historic Lahaina, a famous port of call 
during the whaling era, is a quick 10-minute drive. Stroll through 
Lahaina visiting its now quaint shops, boutiques and art 
galleries. Enjoy gourmet cuisine at nearby World Class 
Restaurants. Or just kick back and relax on your Paradise 
Vacation.  Outstanding Ocean Front View from your private 
oversized Lanai and Bar on the sixth floor.

HOLIDAY 12/19-1/02 Nightly rate $495
Add Hawaii taxes of 11.42%
Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival. Deposit of 5 nights is 
required and refundable if canceled 45 days or more prior to your 
arrival, less $100 cancellation fee. Winter Peak Season requires 
balance due by Nov. 1st. Summer Peak Season requires 
balance due by May 15th. All deposits are forfeited if canceled 
less than 45 days prior to arrival date. Non- credit card 
transactions require a $300 Security deposit which is refundable
 w/in 30 days of departure, less damages.
Add $140 cleaning fee. Add $30/pp to the daily rate for occupancy of more than 4 people.

Monthly rates:  10% DISCOUNT from all rates for stays of 28 
days or longer.

notice.
