Our adorable studio practically hangs over the Pacific. 
This unit is unbelievably close to the water! 
Our little Maui home has been completely remodeled, and we know 
you'll love our little piece of Paradise. 

Come stay with us and experience our Island Spirit. 
Our direct oceanfront unit is very private and lots of fun! 
You will definitely feel "on vacation" surrouned by tropical touches 
of Lahala and Bamboo throughout the unit. 

This is a wonderful, private, romantic getaway ˜ 
Geared towards honeymooners, vacationing couples, or perhaps a 
couple traveling with a small child. 

* We have a Hotel Quality Queen Bed - 
As well as a pillow top Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. 

Our Queen bed has been raised just high enough, for you to be able 
to Watch the Waves Roll In, and the Stars Twinkle from your bed at 
night. :-) 

* The unit has a full kitchen, with all major appliances, including 
dishwasher and disposal. 

* We have a nice bath, with curved tub area, and rainfall shower. 

* And for your meals and snacks, we also have a local style Bamboo 
Bar for you to enjoy :-)

We're directly adjacent to Kahana Beach - 
And our unit has an extremely private 3rd floor balcony. 
(which all of our guests seem to really enjoy) 

There's a new sound system in the unit, with a CD player.
As well as free cable TV with a new TV Combo, with DVD and VCR.

* Free Internet access may also be available through your home 
Internet Service Provider. 

Truly, we have everything you could possibly need. 
If it's not in the unit, it's just minutes from your door. :-)

We're also close to Shopping, Restaurants, and Grocery Stores. 

There's a great local coffee shop 1 block away, as well as a 
McDonalds! We also have a fun Farmer's market nearby 3 days a week. 


And finally, we have a very close friend that works for Expedia.fun 
in Lahaina. It's always good to have a "friend" on the Island! She 
will be happy to work with you should you decide you want to sample 
any of Maui's many activities. From Luau's to Whale watching 
excursions, she will offer her best advise, as well as her best 
discounts on any Activities purchased. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates Quoted are for 2 Guests.

$129.00  p/night - JAN 15th - MAY 14th, 2008
$119.00  p/night - MAY 15th - DEC 14th, 2008
$139.00  p/night - DEC 15th - JAN 14th, 2009 

Rates based on double occupancy, with a 7-night stay.
Please add $10.00 per night for any 3rd guest over 12 months.

We have a 7 night minimum if booking MORE than 60 days in advance.
There's a 5 night minimum, if booking within 60 days of arrival.
And a 3 night minimum if booking dates within 30 days of arrival.
These minimums are guidelines.
Please feel free to request less nights in advance.
If we can work your request into our booking calendar, WE WILL :-)

There's a $50.00 short-stay fee for any booking of less than 7 nights.
Please add $50.00 for any booking that includes the following holidays.
NEW YEARS DAY, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, 4th of JULY, LABOR DAY, HALLOWEEN, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS.

And please add 11.42% HI tax and a $75.00 cleaning fee to all bookings.
