Coast Living, this new construction unit is located in the beautiful
new Galveston Island development, Pointe West. Designed to take
full advantage of Pointe West’s amenities, this Condo is just steps
to the Gulf of Mexico beach, and the fabulous new Pointe West Beach
Club which houses an infinity edge Pool, Breezes Restaurant Bar &
Grill, Fitness Center and much more.

If you’re a lover of sunsets, this Pointe West Villa provides
incredible views of the sun as it sets on the bay from the balcony
off of the Master Bedroom. And with the Gulf just steps away, you
can hear the constant, soothing surf from the front balcony. The
Villa is located on the top floor for the best views, and with the
breezes from the Gulf, provides a cool respite even in the middle of
the day – a perfect setting for family time or that afternoon
cocktail. The main balcony is accessed through the living room and
is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise or simply stargaze. The
unit comes complete with an outdoor dining table, four chairs and
two chaise lounge chairs – perfect for dinner under the stars.
Having water all around really makes the stars at night, big and
bright.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this Pointe West Villa is the
perfect site to enjoy all that Galveston Island has to offer. The
Master Suite is located in the back of the villa with a king-size
bed, television complete with digital cable, as well as a spacious
bathroom equipped with his/her sinks and large shower. As mentioned,
the Master provides access to the rear balcony which has a direct
view to the bay. There are also two additional bedrooms - one with
a queen-sized bed and television, the other with two twin beds which
can be converted into a King should that need arise. A full bath is
located in the hall which both the queen and twin guest rooms can
access easily.

The family room is bright and spacious, ideal for entertaining and
lounging. The living room houses a third TV with digital cable and
VCR/DVD combo, as well as a Queen Sleeper Sofa for those additional
guests.

The Villa comes complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. In the
kitchen you will find a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel
stove, dishwasher, and microwave. You will find an ample supply of
dishes, glasses (water and wine), and flatware, as well as serving
dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Everything you need to create
great meals has been provided. You can use the two-person bar for
casual dining or the dining table seating six for a more formal
meal. The kitchen and dining room open up to the living room,
creating a wonderful atmosphere for entertaining and large family
gatherings. All you will need are the loved ones, the recipes and
the other necessary ingredients to create wonderful beachside
memories here on Galveston Island.

Access to the Pointe West Beach Club is just steps away, where you
can relax and lounge by the luxurious infinity edge or children’s
pool, work out in the new fitness center, enjoy the activity room or
casual poolside fare at the new Pointe West Breeze’s Bar and Grill.
Breeze’s serves breakfast from 8am to 11am; lunch from 11:30am until
3pm; and dinner from 6pm - 9pm on weekdays, 5pm -10pm on weekends.
