Vacation Rental Description

between the villages of Ajijic and Jocotepec, an authentic Santa Fe 
style home. It features views of the Colima volcano (when active), 
Lake Chapala and the spectacular mountains both North and South.

The kitchen has wrap-around bow window with a center cook island 
adorned with hand-hammered copper hood. Great room flows to a covered 
terrace with fireplace. King-sized beds in both Master and guest 
bedrooms provide very comfortable space for four adults.

The house comes complete with secure off-street parking for 2 
vehicles, washer & dryer, all linens, microwave, dishwasher, cooking 
utensils as well as dishes, glassware and cutlery

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home includes satellite TV, phone and available hi-speed internet 
connection.

Outside, a private pool provides an additional level for 
entertainment or just relaxation and an adjacent palapa is ideal for 
al fresco dining. At its lowest level, renters can pick lemons, 
limes, tangerines, oranges and bananas (in season).

The property also includes full access to all Racquet Club 
facilities: ten tennis courts, family size swimming pool (heated), 
squash courts, basketball court, gym and fitness facilities as well 
as picnic and barbecue areas.
