Vacation Rental Description

Unit #101 is an oceanfront, first floor, corner unit that has been  
completely remodeled and is now considered one of the most desirable  
units on the Bay. Just steps to the sand, past swaying palm trees to  
some of the best snorkeling and swimming on the island.  Giant sea  
turtles and tropical fish of every color under the rainbow can be  
seen in the water right outside your door.  The giant humpback whales  
that migrate to the Hawaiian Islands every winter can be seen from  
the lanai.  
 
New kitchen cabinets with granite counters, a sub-zero refrigerator  
with icemaker, slide-in glass cooktop with oven, microwave, blender,  
coffeemaker,all the comforts of home right down to the Henckels knife  
block.  Italian floor tile throughout with a pedestal sink, walkin  
ceramic tile shower are just some of the extras included in this  
unit.  A pillowtop queen size bed, a 27" color/cable tv, DVD/VCR and  
tapes, cd player with Hawaiian music cd's are available for your  
enjoyment.  The lanai has a carpeted raised deck with a bistro table  
where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets behind Lanai or Molokai  
depending on the time of the year.  The sound of the surf will lull  
you to sleep at night.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit is fully equipped including all linens.  Beach towels and  
beach chairs are also available for your use.  There is a picnic area  
in the garden with two new barbeques and picnic tables for use by all  
guests at the resort.  There are two coin operated washers and dryers  
along with an ice machine.  The complex is within walking distance of  
several restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Gazebo  
for breakfast and lunch, The Seahouse for breakfast, lunch or dinner  
and one of our favorites, Cafe O Lei for some of the best fish on the  
island are all within walking distance .  Close by at the Napili  
Market fresh local fish is always available.  A Farmer's Market on  
Mon. Wed. and Fri. where you can buy fresh locally grown fruits and  
vegetables are a short distance by car.

Activities and Attractions

The Napili Bay Resort is located on the west side of the island,  
between the historic town of Lahaina and the golf courses of  
Kaanapali and Kapalua.  Within walking distance of world-famous  
Kapalua golf courses, home of the Mercedes Golf Championship in  
January every year.  Improve your golf game with a series of lessons  
at the Kapalua Golf Academy where personalized instruction is  
available.  There are numerous activities available, including  
surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, biking, horseback riding,  
scuba diving, jet-skiing, luaus, boating.  A day trip to Hana or  
sunrise/sunset on Haleakala with breath-taking views are not to be  
missed.  Remember to take some time to relax and enjoy the beautiful  
blue skies, puffy white clouds and rainbows that can be seen almost  
daily.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our studio condo #101 is available for $185.00 per night from April  
15, 2008 through December 14, 2008 (excluding holiday dates) and just  
$235.00 per night December 15. 2007 through April 14, 2008. Rates  
December 15, 2008 through April 14, 2009 are $250.00 per night.   
April 15, 2009 through December 14, 2009 are $195.00 per night.  
Our rates are among the lowest in the direct oceanfront buildings.   
All rentals are subject to HI taxes of 11.41%, a $95.00 cleaning fee  
and a security deposit of $250.00 which is fully refunded within  
14 days of your departure depending on the condition of the unit at  
check-out.  As this is a premier unit on the bay, book early to  
secure your desired dates.  We have a 4 night minimum stay in this  
unit.
