Ventura Country Club.Rates for this beautiful home are 20-25% higher
than our condo rates listed.

Ventura is a beautiful private community where you have 24 hour Gated
Security-a pass is needed to enter from the guardhouse,which is
provided to you.

There is a 12.5% Resort Tax applied to all rentals under 6 months
Rental.

There are NO Hidden Fees and NO Cleaning Fees whatsoever!!!

Rentals made under 30 days prior to arrival time will
receive 10-15% discount based on availability for that time (excludes
other specials).

There is a $150.00 Security Deposit ($300.00 for 3-bedroom Homes)
needed to reserve each unit.This deposit is fully refundable, and
will be credited to your credit card or check sent to you (if paid by
check) within 15 days after your departure time.


As a courtesy, we will apply any charges made to your deposit,as a
credit toward any future rental you do with us up to a 1 Year Maximum.

Pets are not allowed and there is NO smoking except in Patio/balcony.

We also have a lovely 3-bedroom/2.5 bathroom with 2-car garage and
facing the Fairway Greens.This lovely home, which sleeps 6-8
people,and also situated at Ventura Country Club,is available on a 2-
week minimum stay. Rates are approximately 25% above our 2 bedroom
condo rates. Security deposit on the Home is $300.00 and there is a
Cleaning Fee applied to the Home only at $85.00
