Jack & Judy's B&B - Upper West Side in Manhattan

Located only 1/2 block from The American Museum of Natural History
and the Hayden Planetarium in a turn-of-the-century owner-occupied
brownstone.

On the second floor (1 flight), there are two one-bedroom
apartments. Apt. No 6 has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a trundle bed in the living room which opens into two twin beds. Apt. No. 5 has a full size in the bedroom and a trundle bed in the living room.

On the third floor there are two studio apartments - Apt. No. 8 has a south
facing terrace,  a queen size bed and a trundle bed. Apt. No. 7 has a queen size bed and a full size sofa bed.

On the top floor are two more studios (no terrace) both with
queen size beds andtrundle beds.

Each apt. is equipped with air-conditioning, cable TV,
radio/alarm clock, telephone/answering machine, hair dryer, and
iron/ironing board. Each has a fully furnished kitchen with
refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
On arrival, guests will find orange juice, milk, bagels and
cream cheese. All are stocked with coffee, tea, cereals, etc.
Each apartment has a complete tub/shower bathroom.
Each apartment has Wi-Fi ability to connect to the intenet

Nightly rents range from $200.00 to $275.00.
Weekly rents from $1300.00 to $1700.00 - additional nights pro-rated.
Tax on all rentals of 1-6 nights is 13.875%. Tax on rentals of 7
days or longer is 5%
In addition, there are city and state hotel taxes of
$2.00/night/room and
$1.50/night/room, respectively.
