100 miles from NYC, Birch Hill is a large 4 bedroom colonial located
on a hillside over looking Highland Lake. It features especially
large living room and family room as well as a dinning room and
large eat-in kitchen, a double garage, blue stone fireplace.
Outside is a large grassy backyard, perennial flower gardens, a
front porch facing west for lovely sunsets, the tennis court and a
clean sandy lake are just a 5 minute walk away. Though this house
offers a very relaxed environment we keep it very clean and well
maintained. The hammock strung between 2 shady trees is optional but
highly recommended.

dishwasher. Tape and cd player, television with DVD and VHS tape

A large IGA type grocery is 4 miles away. We are within 15 to
30 minutes drive to antique stores, golf courses, farmer's markets,
Delaware River recreation and the new Bethel Woods Center for the
Arts located on the site of the Woodstock Music Festival.
