Ocean Front - On the beach in Newport Beach

This is a duplex on the beach -in a great location close to
everything.We are a couple of blocks from the pier, shops, stores,
boat rentals, a fun zone for the children, restaurants etc.in the
little community of Balboa. A perfect family location.
Units are very nice, recently redecorated. everything is furnished.
Our lower unit is available year round. Whole building summers only.
Lower Unit:
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and we sleep 8 people.It is newly
decorated with new kitchen and is fully equipped and available year
round.
Upper unit has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8. Very attractive.
Fully equipped with a great outlook over the beach.

There is a front patio with barbecue.
T.V. with DVD, washer and dryer, parking behind building
4 bedrooms are: 2 queens, and 2 rooms that each have 2
twin beds . A fire place in the living room, it is a very warm and
attractive unit.
Upper unit has 3 bedrooms: 2 queen beds a pair of twins and a sleeper sofa.
We sleep 8 people in each unit.
Kitchens have everything necessary. We will supply linens if
needed, summer we do not supply linens.

There is a lifeguard stand on the beach in front of the property.
Fishing pier is close by. There are boat rentals of all types also
bike rentals. Restraunts and stores are only a couple of blocks away.
The ferry to Balboa Island is close by.
It is a great family location.
The boat to Catalina Island is close by and Disneyland is only 20
to 30 minutes away for day outings.

Ocean front 4 bedroom lower unit is available year round.
Summer we rent the whole duplex, up and down as one unit for $6000 per week. That is 7 bedrooms and 4 baths with a very nice front patio on the beach.

YEAR ROUND -   -4 bedroom 2 bath  very nice unit.

$1200 per week for 4 bedroom unit on beach fully furnished. Great patio, 2 parking spaces, prime location.   April and May $1500.       Christmas is taken.

December is available.

In our 4 lower bedroom with a great patio on the beach we are available 
 through winter for $1200 per week.
 
$250 per night, 3 night min.
SUMMER RATE: We rent the whole duplex for $6000 per week. Sleeps
16. Great for family gatherings. .
 
We are available through the year in lower 4 bedroom unit
$1200 per week until April.
Most of next year is available.
SUMMER ONLY : We rent the whole duplex together, up and downstairs.
