Vacation Rental Description

Avoid the crowds, the congestion, fighting for parking, and riding 
the elevator at all those overcrowded and overpriced beachfront 
condos. Stay in our new Magnolia and Live Oak-shaded beach house. 

Located on the island of Orange Beach, Alabama, our 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house 
has all the charm and peaceful serenity of the beaches of yester-
year in a new and luxurious home that sleeps up to 10. In this open 
floor plan, you'll have a full kitchen with all the appliances you'd 
want, a dining room, great room, and three decks to entertain or 
simply enjoy this tropical setting.  Make it your own Margaritaville!

The master suite, located on the main level, is attached to a 
laundry room with washer and dryer and a luxurious bathroom with a 
shower, garden tub, and twin vanity. The master suite looks out over 
its own deck. 

The second bedroom with a queen bed, is located on the second floor 
and it, too, looks out over its own deck. A second full bathroom is 
located between the second and third bedrooms.  The third bedroom 
has two twin beds.  Two comfy queen sleeper sofas are in the great 
room.

Within two residential blocks of our beautiful house, you'll have 
access to three clean and quiet bayfront parks and beaches.  Bring 
your boat with you! You'll have access to a private, gated boat 
launch and marina (with assigned wet slip available upon request)
that empties into Wolf Bay (the ICW), just steps from 
our house.  Just two blocks in the other direction, you'll have 
use of new, well-maintained and lighted tennis courts, a kiddie pool 
and olympic pool (heated in winter) with diving board and water 
slide, a total fitness and workout center, a gym with basketball and 
volleyball courts, a game room with billiards, ping pong, and air 
hockey, and playground, all for a nominal fee of $5 per day paid to 
the facility if/when used.  If the pool is all you want, a seasonal 
discount pass is available, providing 15 visits to the pool for $30. 

You'll enjoy Cable TV in every room, with a DVD and VHS player and 
stereo, CD, MP3 player with AUX and USB inputs (bring your iPod or 
other MP3 player)in the great room and another stereo & CD player in 
the second bedroom.

Wireless Internet access is now available at the house as well as at 
any Orange Beach park or building, including the aquatic center, 
tennis center, and recreation center, located just steps from the 
house.

There's truly something for everyone, rain or shine, without all the 
hustle and bustle of the overpriced and overcrowded condo scene. 
You'll be under 2 miles from a quiet public access to the Gulf 
beaches and minutes from shopping at the Tanger Outlet mall in Gulf 
Shores, plus fine dining, a vibrant night life, and much more.

popular "Sail Camp" for kids.

SUMMER  6/1-9/8 199.00 per night, 1250.00 per week, 3000 per month 
FALL  9/9-11/15 150.00 per night, 950.00 per week, 2000 per month

Additional one-time $95 cleaning fee.

Minimum 2 night stay.  Special minimum stays apply for some holiday 
weeks/weekends.

Listed rates do not include 11% combined state and local lodging 
taxes.
