Located in Orange Beach, our 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house has all the charm and peaceful serenity of the beach in a new and luxurious home that comfortably sleeps 8. In this open floor plan, you'll have a full kitchen with an oversized fridge and all the appliances you'd want, a dining room, great room with 32" LCD HDTV, and three decks to entertain or simply enjoy this tropical setting. Make it your own Margaritaville!

The master suite, located on the main level, has another 32" LCD HDTV, is attached to a laundry room with washer and dryer and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, garden tub, and twin vanity. The master suite looks out over its own deck.

The second bedroom with a queen bed, is located on the second floor looking out over its own deck. A second full bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds (4 beds) with regular sized twin mattresses.

Within two residential blocks of our beautiful house, you'll have access to four clean and quiet bayfront parks and beaches. Bring your boat with you! You' can use our private, gated boat launch and marina (with assigned wet slip available upon request) that empties into Bay La Launch (the ICW), just steps from our house. Just two blocks in the other direction, you'll have use of new, well-maintained and lighted tennis courts, a kiddie pool and olympic pool (heated in winter) with diving board and water slide, a total fitness and workout center, a gym with basketball courts, a game room with billiards, ping pong, and air hockey, and a playground, all for a nominal fee of $5 per day paid to the facility if/when used. If the pool is all you want, a seasonal discount pass is available, providing 15 visits to the pool for $30.

Cable TV in every room including two 32" LCD HDTVs, with a DVD and VHS player and stereo, CD, MP3 player with AUX and USB inputs (bring your iPod or other MP3 player) in the great room. Bring your computer and use our high speed wireless Internet connection.

You'll be under 2 miles from a quiet public access to the Gulf beaches and minutes from shopping at the Tanger Outlet mall in Gulf Shores, plus fine dining, a vibrant night life, and much more.
