Even the dolphins are having a ball right outside your balcony. This brand new condo is beautifully furnished with ample sitting in the family room to enjoy the 50" flat screen tv. There is a blue ray dvd player. There is a dining table for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 4 more. The gourmet kitchen features all NEW appliances and is fully equipped. The first master features a gulf side king bed, 40" flat screen with DVD and Ipod docks. The 2nd Master features a second king bed and flat screen and Ipod docks. The Third bedroom is a bunk with a full bed lower and twin bed higher. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. This condo sleeps 10. Free Internet, Free Long Distance and Free Beach Chair service included with each rental. Beach toys, games, cards, and full size washer dryer provides the comforts of home. There is even a high chair and portable playpen in the condo! The spacious 300' balcony has seating, a table and the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets   I have 2 units here #502 and #506.
