on the prestigious Myrtlewood Golf Course. Myrtlewood Villas are in
a location that puts you right in the center of all the action. The
beach is 3 minutes away and is a straight shot down 48th Avenue North
ending in one of many public beach accesses. The famous Broadway At
The Beach is 1 mile away and features fine dining, shopping, and
entertainment for the whole family. If golf is one of your favorite
pastimes, Myrtlewood has 2 championship golf courses, the Palmetto
Course, and the Pine Hills Course right outside your door. There
are also over 100 premiere courses in the area to choose from.
An elevator will bring you up to this 3rd floor condo where the
private balcony boasts a stunning view of the lake and pool. With
1400 sq. ft. this condo has plenty of room for a family of 6 or a
group of golfers to stretch out and relax. Both bedrooms feature a
