Come to enjoy all the Orlando, Florida has to offer while staying at
the "Magic Breeze" villa!
Our new villa has 4 bedrooms with 2 en-suite master bedrooms, 3.5
bathrooms, a private pool and a games room. This air-conditioned two
story villa offers separate sleeping quarter and living quarter.
Comfortably accommodate up to 10 people plus an infant. The villa is
tastefully furnished throughout by professional to a high standard.
"Magic Breeze" villa is located in the most desirable Sandy Ridge
community. In the midst of the conservation area, just south of
Reunion Resort, only 10 minutes to the Disney World Parks and 2
miles to the Champions Gate golf course. Its ideal location offers
easy access to all the Orlando area attractions. Its surrounding
offers a unique tranquil environment for relaxing and rewind.
All bedrooms are beautifully set up and decorated. The first master
bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom, walk in
closet, 25" cable TV, two windows over looking the pool. The
2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The
3rd and 4th bedroom are twin rooms, each has two twin beds. We
prepared two rollaway beds to accommodate extra guests.
Screened southeast facing pool plus large deck furnished with patio
furniture. Pool can be heated to desired temperature if required. We
provide all linens and towels.
Large family/living room is off the kitchen and accessing the pool
through a sliding door. It is equipped with 32" cable TV and VCR/DVD
Player. The new oversized Italian leather sofa set capable of sit 8
people, can also be used as a bed to sleep an extra person.
The large kitchen is fitted with glass-top range, oven,
refrigerator/w icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,
toaster, blender and Cuisanart cooking ware and every thing you need
for cooking. Three-person breakfast counter located between the
kitchen and dinning room. Gas BBQ grill is on the pool deck.
The formal dining room has a standard dinning table with 6 chairs.
Additional chairs are available to accommodate more people. It has a
large picture window look out to the pool area.
The garage is converted into a games room. We prepared pool table,
fools ball and dart board etc. The laundry room is off the
kitchen connecting to the garage, complete with washer dryer, iron
and ironing board.

Drive to the Disney Parks is about 10 minutes. Close enough to trip
back for lunch and a relaxing swim then return for the evening
fireworks later.
Universal Studios / Island of Adventure is about 25 minutes.
Sea World/Discovery Cove is about 20 minutes.
Busch Garden is about 45 minutes, the gulf coast is about an hour
drive.
Kennedy Space Center or Daytona Beach is about an hour drive to the
east. Cocoa Beach is about 50 minutes.
For the golf enthusiastic, Champions Gate golf course designed by
Greg Norman only 2 minutes away. Near the Champions Gate there is a
new Publix supermarket open 24 hours a day also restaurants and
shopping. More dinning and shopping are on the Rt. 192.
