Lake View Villa is an elegant and spacious vacation
home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is perfect for
family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests in comfort.

Lake View enjoys over 1,900 square feet of living space, and has a spacious family room with comfortable, high quality furnishings including two sofas, a 42" cable TV, and DVD, with a second living area with TV, Play station 2
and stereo system.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything
that you could need for that favourite meal. Chooseto eat in either
the formal dining area, the breakfast nook, or al-fresco by the
pool!

This Sandy Ridge vacation home has a fully equipped laundry room
with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. We also offer FREE local
and long distant landline telephone calls and high speed wireless internet
connection.

The sleeping accommodation at Lake View includes 2 master bedrooms.
The  KING suite, with access to the pool, includes a king bed, with cable TV,  and walk-in closet, plus a master bathroom with walk-in shower, and plunge bath. The QUEEN suite includes a queen bed, cable TV, and ensuite bathroom with double walk-in shower. The 2 twin bedrooms are perfectly appointed for kids and adults, each with 2 full size twin beds, closet, plus adjacent family bathroom.

Step outside, under the shaded lanai, to the superb 30ft x
15ft, private, screened, pool. The pool overlooks a lake and conservation area. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence.
There is also a fabulous Games room with 7'pool table, 7'air hockey table,
electronic darts, board games and books.

Lake View is ideally located on the Sandy Ridge community situated in a conservation area, less than 9 miles from the main gate at Walt Disney World. The location also offers easy and fast access to all the theme parks, attractions, golf, shopping malls and restaurants in the area.

The nearest supermarket and fast food outlets are only a couple of minutes away.

The Omni Resort is right on your doorstep at Champions Gate with its fine dining
restaurants and 3 fabulous championship golf courses and Celebration resort is just 10 minutes away with its championship courses.

October 2008: We have been 5 times and this was the best for accessibility, literally 10-15 mins. Also great for stopping off on way home to eat and not having to go out of way.Very comfortable. Lovely soft sofas, great after a long day at the parks. Carpeted throughout, which not all villas are. Beds so comfy we missed them when we got home! Everything you could need and a great games room. Julie very helpful all through booking and called us at villa to check all ok.Very peaceful, lovely to look out onto lake and no other villa looking directly on to pool area. July 2008: All theme parks very accessible especially the Disney parks. It's also accessible to great shopping and alot of it.The villa is amazing. Fantastic furnishings, decor and facilities.The view from the pool area is fantastic.You will never run out of things to do in the villa with the games room,playstation(Games supplied),DVDs and they even had some inflatables for the pool.We received a phone call from Julie during our stay to check everything was ok which was lovely.The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which is great after all the tiring days spent in the theme parks and shopping malls.The pool is a great size and good for sunbathing and relaxing.The lake which is right out the back of the villa is fab for fishing for the children, they caught quite a few fish in a very short time which is great for little ones with little patience.Ali family

The property is only 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World gates and
its central position makes it ideally located for all the other
Orlando attractions.

Lake View is only 3 minutes from the Interstate-4 (I4)offering easy access (within an hour) to either the Gulf coast or Space coast.

Downtown Disney is great for a night out and only 15 mins drive away. Here you will find Disney Quest, a multiplex cinema, the fabulous Cirque du Soleil, boat rides and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Celebration town is only 10 mins away and well worth a visit for a peaceful stroll around the lake, trip to the cinema, fine dining or a visit to the Sunday market.

And for the shopaholics amongst you, whether you are looking for the
smart shopping mall i.e. Florida Mall, Festival Bay, or Mall at
Millenia, or searching for a Floridian bargain at the Premium
Outlets or Pointe Orlando there is no end of choice.
