Vacation Rental Description

Lake View Villa is an elegant and spacious vacation  
home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is perfect for  
family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests in comfort. 
 
Lake View enjoys over 1,900 square feet of living space, and has a  
spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with  
comfortable, high quality furnishings including two sofas, a 42"  
cable TV, and DVD, with a second living area ideal for relaxing with  
a book whilst listening to your favourite music on the 3CD changer  
stereo system.  
 
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything  
that you could need for that favourite meal. Chooseto eat in either  
the formal dining area, the breakfast nook – or al-fresco by the  
pool! 
 
This Sandy Ridge vacation home has a fully equipped laundry room  
with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. We also offer FREE local  
and long distant telephone calls and high speed wireless internet  
connection. 
 
The sleeping accommodation at Lake View includes 2 master bedrooms.  
The first master suite, with access to the pool, includes a king- 
size bed, dresser with cable TV, nightstands with lamps, and walk-in  
closet space, plus a master bathroom with walk-in shower, his ‘n’  
hers vanity basins with mirror and plunge bath.  
The second master includes a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps,  
dresser with cable TV, and master bathroom with vanity basin and  
mirror and double walk-in shower.                                
The 2 twin bedrooms are perfectly appointed for kids and  
adults, each with 2 full size twin beds, nightstand with lamp, and  
ample closet space…plus adjacent family bathroom. 
 
Step outside, under the shaded lanai, and there's a superb 30ft x  
15ft, optionally electrically heated, private, screened, pool. 
 
You and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida  
sunshine on the sun-loungers and soak in "the rays" as you  
look out on to the lake and conservation area which backs on to Lake  
View. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for  
extra added protection for young infants should you need it. 
 
If the pool isn’t enough for the kids, then there is a fabulous  
brand new Games room with 7'pool table, 7'air hockey table,  
electronic darts, board games and books. There is also a PLAY  
STATION II console.  And if thats still not enough there is a lovely  
children’s play area close by where they can let off steam. 
 
Lake View is ideally located on the Sandy Ridge community, less than  
9 miles from the main gate at Walt Disney World.  The location  
offers easy and fast access to the theme parks, attractions, golf,  
shopping malls and restaurants in the area, allowing you the time to  
enjoy yourselves on vacation – not sitting in traffic!  
 
Sandy Ridge is a private community of 4, 5 and 6 bedroom vacation  
homes set in spacious landscaped lots with executive-style  
floorplans and amenities 
 
Only 3 mins away is the Champion’s Gate shopping area, with a Publix 
supermarket, Chilis restaurant, fast food outlets, DVD hire and lots  
more besides.  
 
The Omni Resort is right on your doorstep with its fine dining  
restaurants, 3 fabulous championship golf courses, designed by Greg  
Norman, and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy®. There is also  
Celebration resort just 10 minutes away with its championship  
courses for you to enjoy.

The home was beautiful had everything you could possible need. The  
beds were very comfortable. The home was very close to all the  
attractions and easy to find. The pool was the feature attraction

Activities and Attractions

The property is only 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World gates and  
it’s central position makes it ideally located for all the other  
Orlando attractions – Walt Disney World with Epcot, MGM and Animal  
Kingdom, Universal Studios and Citywalk, Seaworld, Wet and Wild,  
Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney, Gatorland and, for that memorable  
experience of swimming with the dolphins, Discovery Cove.  
 
Guests staying at Lake View are only 3 minutes from the Interstate-4  
corridor, offering easy access (within an hour) to either the Gulf  
coast with it’s pristine beaches and Tampa for Busch Gardens, or the  
Space coast to see Cocoa Beach, Daytona or Kennedy Space Centre,  
Cape Canaveral. 
 
Just a short drive will take you to Highway 192 where you will find  
a wealth of other restaurants and shops – Sizzler, Ponderosa,  
Carrabas to name just a few. Of course Downtown Disney, just 10  
minutes drive away is well worth a visit to soak up the atmosphere  
and eat in the well renowned restaurants such as Planet Hollywood,  
Rainforest Café, House of Blues etc. Here you will also find Disney  
Quest, (5 floors of interactive games) a multiplex cinema and of  
course the fabulous Cirque du Soleil. 
 
For the shopaholics amongst you, whether you are looking for the  
smart shopping mall i.e. Florida Mall, Festival Bay, or Mall at  
Millenia, or searching for a Floridian bargain at the Premium  
Outlets or Pointe Orlando there is no end of choice.
