Lake View Villa is an elegant and spacious vacation
home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is perfect for
family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests + infant in comfort.

Lake View enjoys over 1,900 square feet of living space, and has a spacious family room with comfortable, high quality furnishings including two sofas, a 42" cable TV, and DVD, with a second living room with TV, Play station 2
and stereo system.

The bright and airy kitchen is equipped with almost everything
that you could need and you can choose to eat in either
the formal dining area, the breakfast nook, or al-fresco by the
pool!

This Sandy Ridge vacation home has a fully equipped laundry room
with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. We also offer FREE local
and long distant landline telephone calls and high speed WIFI.

The sleeping accommodation at Lake View includes 2 master ensuite bedrooms.
The  KING suite, with access to the pool, includes a king bed, with cable TV,  and walk-in closet, plus a master bathroom with walk-in shower, and plunge bath. The QUEEN suite includes a queen bed, cable TV, large closet and ensuite bathroom with double walk-in shower. The 2 twin bedrooms are perfectly appointed for kids and adults, each with 2 full size twin beds TV and closet, plus adjacent family bathroom.

Step outside, under the shaded lanai, to the superb 30ft x
15ft, private, screened, pool, with adjoining BBQ area. The pool overlooks a lake and conservation area. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence.
There is also a fabulous Games room with 7'pool table, 7'air hockey table,
electronic darts, board games and books.

Lake View is ideally located on the Sandy Ridge community situated in a conservation area, less than 9 miles from the main gate at Walt Disney World. The location also offers easy and fast access to all the theme parks, attractions, golf, shopping malls and restaurants in the area.

The nearest supermarket and fast food outlets are only a couple of minutes away.

The Omni Resort is right on your doorstep at Champions Gate with its fine dining
restaurants and 3 fabulous championship golf courses and Celebration resort is just 10 minutes away with its championship golf courses.

October 2012 Griffin family.  We found villa close to the parks which certainly helped especially after long days. Villa amenities very excellent, small items that you don't usually expect like salt, sugar, pepper, extra toilet rolls were very welcome. Not having to buy them yourselves saved our spending money for the parks. Games room kept children happy and when they happy we can relax!!!!!!!!!  Villa surrounds were superb, lake view was great especially when the alligator came to visit 

May 2012 Crioss Family Really conveniently located for the theme parks. They are also easy to find.  The villa was spacious and well equipped. Enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy and a pool that is a joy to come back to after the parks.  Really convenient for shopping, eating out and ordering takeaways to be delivered. It is a really convenient location all round. We would return to this villa again.

April 2012  Newark family  Really easy to get to all the major parks.The villa suited us to a tee. We have 4 children and the villa was really spacious so we didn't feel cramped at all. The villa had everything we required and it was nice to have the little touches like cloths, washing up liquid etc to help start us off before we could get the the supermarket. The pool was fab and used daily by the whole family. The location of the villa was lovely. Quiet road but near the main route to Disney. Near a supermarket and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The outlook over the lake was lovely. We will return.

Its a nice house, nicely decorated, with all that you need to enjoy family time, confortable, very clean, the kitchen has all that we needed,the house is beyond that a simple rental house.thanks Julie for let us enjoy holidays in your home : )The house and neigborhood is organized and clean, very quiet neigbords

The property is only 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World gates and
its central position makes it ideally located for all the other
Orlando attractions.

Lake View is only 3 minutes from the Interstate-4 (I4)offering easy access (within an hour) to either the Gulf coast or Space coast.

Downtown Disney is great for a night out and only 15 mins drive away. Here you will find Disney Quest, a multiplex cinema, the fabulous Cirque du Soleil, boat rides and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Celebration town is only 10 mins away and well worth a visit for a peaceful stroll around the lake, trip to the cinema, fine dining or a visit to the Sunday market.

And for the shopaholics amongst you, whether you are looking for the
smart shopping mall i.e. Florida Mall, Festival Bay, or Mall at
Millenia, or searching for a Floridian bargain at the Premium
Outlets or Pointe Orlando there is no end of choice.
