The Merry Widow apartment is located on the upper floor of the
Buckskin Trading Company building in Downtown Historic Georgetown.
Georgetown is a small community of approximately 1500 residents and is
centrally located for activities both east and west of the Continental
Divide, yet it’s only a short drive (40 minutes) west of Denver.

The town itself has been beautifully restored to reflect its Victorian
heritage of the late 1800s and is also home to the Georgetown Loop
Railroad and mining park. Because of our central location, charm and
ambience, many of our clients prefer our accommodations over the
pricier “resort experience”. The Baby Doe is a beautifully appointed
apartment with all the modern amenities for your home away from home.

Our Guest Suites are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Maximum
occupancy is 4. Not recommended for couples with children under 12.

The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, one bath; fully equipped
kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range, and dining
area; living area has a queen size sofa sleeper, TV-VCR/DVD and phone.

Nestled in a high mountain valley, Georgetown offers year round
activities of hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, four wheeling,
snowmobiling, sledding, downhill and cross country skiing, and kayaking.
