Vacation Rental Description

First floor end unit, with a lovely tropical garden view from the 
spacious screened-in lanai, just steps thru the courtyard entry to 
your choice of two beautifully landscaped heated pools, which boasts 
expansive views of Windstar's 17th fairway, with adjacent lakes and 
mangroves, creating a lush tropical Paradise to relax in by the 
heated pool.  Bathroom and shower facilities available.  Poolside 
get-togethers with your friendly neighbors are arranged on a weekly 
basis.

Totally remodeled last year, our spacious 1500 sq.ft., 2 bedroom, 2 
bath condo is located just minutes from downtown Olde Naples in 
Windstar On Naples Bay.

Completely renovated kitchen offers every amenity and more to meet 
your requirements and enjoy dining at home.  Spacious floor plan 
allows full view of formal dining/living areas from the kitchen.

Nine foot ceilings in the combination dining/living area with full 
view of the spacious screened-in lanai offers at-home comfort and 
design, with a new soft sectional leather coach, and accessories.  
35" TV/Cable in a lovely white entertainment center, new CD player 
and surround sound for your entertainment after a busy day on the 
golf course, playing tennis, or one of the many activites Windstar 
has to offer.

Furnished screened-in lanai with access to master bedroom, exit to 
outside, and a huge three-panel sliding glass door that opens to 
living area.

Tastefully decorated master bedroom with ajoining bath, complete 
with walk-in closet, completely new furnishing, linens.  Many extras 
include a TV for your night-time viewing, a small desk with 
phone/copier/fax/computer/internet to make sure you can conveniently 
take care of business.
  Master bath has a large soaking tub plus walk-in shower,  
two bowl vanity for his and her use. 

New ceramic tile has been installed in the master and 2nd baths, 
lanai, living/dining area, laundry, hall and kitchen, pleasing 
palette of light beige carpet, soft green walls, white trim/doors 
adorns both bedrooms.  Flowing colors throughout.

Laundry room with built-in cabinets includes, washer/dryer, 
iron/ironing board conveniently located for your use.

Sunny full hall bath next to guest bedroom.

Comfy new twin size beds/linens, large closet for storage, dressing 
vanity/chair are amoung the many features offered to friends and 
family in the carpeted second bedroom.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A private gated community on Naples Bay, that offers a challenging 
6,750 yard Tom Fazio designed 18 hole golf course. The driving range 
is right on Naples Bay, full pro shop, putting green and chipping 
area close to the Clubhouse.

A 72 slip marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico through 
Gordons Pass is located within Windstar's community. 

Tennis facilities, superb casual and formal dining with breathtaking 
views of Naples Bay.

Stocked fishing lakes through-out Windstar. Windstar pier into 
Naples Bay for fishing, leasurely walks and watching the sunset.   
Everyday shuttle service to Keewaydin Island, or its many sunset 
cruises.
  
If that is enough, the Windstar Beach Club is located on Keewaydin 
Island, all Windstar residents have complete access to private 
docks, a picnic facility and their own secluded pristine gulf beach, 
with miles of beautiful white sand, only a short 15 minute ride on 
Windstar's shuttle.

The location of Windstar on Naples Bay complete with all these 
amenities puts Windstar in a world-class category that cannot be
offered at any other private country clubs in Naples.

competitions, tennis mixers and round robin tournaments.

Challenging round of golf, hardy game of tennis, a few laps in the 
pool or a exhilarating workout.

Private shuttle service to Windstar Beach Club and sunset cruises.

Vacation Rental Rates

      January thru April              $4700 Per Month
      May thru August                 $3800 Per Month
      September thru December         $4000 Per Month

Rental Rates above include rental of condo and full golf membership 
to Windstar Country Club.
     
All application and transfer fees to be paid by renter.
      Fees (subject to change) amount to $575 for the first month 
and $250 for each    
      additional month leased.

Florida 9 percent rental tax added to lease amount.

$400 Security Deposit, fully refunded according to our lease.
