Our place is located on Banderas Bay, in the Romantic Zone, close to
Los Muertos Beach, above the set of stairs at the end of the beach.
Maximum 10 minutes walk to a popular Beach - Los Muertos, south end
of Amapas before you get to Conchas Chinus.

Over 1800 sq. ft of living area & fully self-contained.

Step into foyer of this beautiful 5th floor Condo to an open living
room, dining room and gourmet kitchen.

The full spacious kitchen has every thing you need to enjoy your
vacation meals - with marble counter tops and culinary cookware.
A large central island, houses the sink and plenty of left over
working space, to create fabulous meals. Four bar stools are lined
up along this central island to make a perfect atmosphere for a
social time of dining and Margaritas.

Walk through beautiful arches to the central dining room to a
glass/rattan dining set that seats 4 people very comfortably or dine
out on the ocean view terrace.

The open living room has a sofa and two comfortable rattan chairs,
glass top coffee tables and end tables. The entertainment center,
houses the TV with 65 channels of cable, 3 CD player and
stereo with cassette tapes. Bright colors make this room a fun
place to social in comfort.

The living room is the gateway to a large terrace decorated with
tropical plants with expanse ocean views. Special about this space
is the out-door dining - I find we tend to have most of our meals
out on the terrace. A great space to enjoy the gentle sea breeze,
views of estate homes built into the surrounding hills, sunrises and
sets, and the full moons.

Off to the left of the dining area, 3 steps up is the hallway that
leads to the Master Suite and second bedroom, both with private
baths.

Master Bedroom - with queen bed, private bath with bathtub and
shower, large spacious closet. Accessible through sliding glass
doors is entrance to the main terrace with spectacular ocean views.

Second bedroom - with queen bed, private bath with shower, large
spacious closet.

Laundry room with stacking washer and dryer is on-suite to the
kitchen.

The condo complex is built into the mountain with lower entrance and
upper entrance. The condo is one level below the upper entrance.
The Condo unit was completed in Oct.98, all marble floors and
counter, professionally decorated. Freshly painted and updated in
October 2006. Additional renovation done in 2007

Our condo will accommodate two couples or a family of four in
comfort.
