Family or large group vacations will be a breeze in our spacious, dog
friendly, 5 bedroom home, with an old-fashioned, large dining room,
eat-in kitchen and off-street parking for 4 cars.

Our charming 1890 home on a quiet, shaded street has large group and
private retreat areas, featuring both enclosed and screened porches,
a deck, and 3rd floor sitting area with video, in addition to the
traditional living room. Everyone can gather around the large dining
table for family meals and fun group games. Multiple sitting areas
offer getaway spaces for personal time or quiet conversations.

Whether you are here for beach time, birding, biking, deep sea
fishing or shopping, you are only steps away to your favorite
pastimes.

Take a 3 block stroll to the Washington Street Mall shops and
boutiques, fine dining or casual restaurants, and grocery store. 3
blocks more and you're at the beach. Tennis lovers are a 5 minute
walk from city and public club courts. And the children will love the
newer playground equipment 1/2 block away and the duck pond just a
few short blocks.

Security/Damage Deposit: $400.00; refundable based on contract
conditions(personal/cashier check or money order)

Dog fee $150.00/dog/week non-refundable; reduced for previous
guests.

A portion of the damage deposit will be retained if our home or
contents are damaged and/or not found in their original condition.
(The rent this year covers house cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen,
floors, vacuuming, dusting, etc., so our guests do not have to worry
about this at the end of their vacation. It does not include trash
removal, cleaning up after guests.)

Rental Payment:
1st payment: 50% of your total bill will be due 90 days prior to
rental (personal check/ cashier check/ money order)

2nd payment: 50% of the total bill (with pet fee) will be due 30
days prior to rental (personal check/ cashier check/ money order

Cancellation Policy:
A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations
that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date
will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a
shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date,
forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
