style meals and fun family/group games with 2 additional sitting 
areas. 
Short stroll to beach, quaint mall, restaurants, duck pond, ½ block 
to a school super playground and short walk to 2 tennis facilities.

Weekly: Saturday 2:00 pm - Saturday 10:00 am
	$ 2500	July, August 	
        $ 2200	June, September  	
        $ 1700	Oct - May

Long Weekends (3 nights):e-mail request	

Seasonal/Year Round: 	Negotiable	

Security Deposit: $400.00 refundable based on contract conditions; 
Dog fee  $150.00 non-refundable 
$400.00. (personal/cashier check or money order) to hold request
$140.00 will be retained if home not cleaned to original condition. 

Rental Payment: 
1st payment:   50% of your total bill will be due 60 days prior to 
rental (personal check/ cashier check/ money order)              
2nd payment:  50% of the total bill will be due 14 days prior to 
rental (personal check/ cashier check/ money order

Cancellation Policy: 
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations 
that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date 
will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a 
shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, 
forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
