friendly, 5 bedroom home, with an old-fashioned, large dining room,
eat-in kitchen and off-street parking for 4 cars.

Our charming 1890 home on a quiet, shaded street has large group and
private retreat areas, featuring both enclosed and screened porches,
a deck, and 3rd floor sitting area in addition to the
traditional living room. Everyone can gather around the large dining
table for family meals and fun group games. Multiple sitting areas
offer getaway spaces for personal time or quiet conversations.

Whether you are here for beach time, birding, biking, deep sea
fishing or shopping, you are only steps away to your favorite
pastimes.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach (for a senior citizen triathlete with a gimpy knee:):) Take a 3 block stroll to the Washington Street Mall shops and boutiques, fine dining or casual restaurants, and grocery store. Tennis lovers are just a block from the local city and public club courts. And the children will love the newer playground equipment, just ½ block away and the duck pond down the block and around the corner.
