Casa Caramelo is a stuningly beautiful and modern beachfront house.  You  
will enjoy an exceptionally bright and spacious house with a  
view of the carribbean ocean. The exquisite furniture and  
interior details are beauty to the eye. The large shaded  
deck has an infinity pool and jacuzzi. A lot of attention has been  
made to details.  
This elegant beachfront house has an entire side made of sliding doors to let you enjoy  
unbeatable Caribbean Sea views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master  
bedroom and theTV room.  
 
Casa Caramelo is located right on the beach in Playacar Phase 1. It  
is a bright, clean, and spacious beachfront home perfect  
for a family or bigger group traveling together. The home has three  
bedrooms all with separate bathrooms and features a large swimming  
pool, jacuzzi and ocean-front garden for enjoying the breathtaking  
views of the Caribbean Sea. 
 
Playacar Phase 1 is a secure, residential beach community located  
just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach and  
10th avenue in Playa del Carmen. It is a very tranquil and beautiful  
area with low density of tourists, lots of greenary and different  
beaches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Casa Caramelo has three spacious bedrooms(1 BR w king size bed,1  
BR with queen size bed, and 1BR with 2 single size beds). All rooms  
throughout the house are air-conditioned.  
 
You will be able to enjoy a large partly shaded ocean-front patio  
with a big pool, jacuzzi, comfortable wooden lounge-chairs and  
terrace-table for 6 persons. The house has also an ocean- 
front garden with palm-trees to enjoy a relaxed morning or afternoon  
under the sun  
 
The home has a fully equipped and spacious kitchen including large  
fridge, stove with oven, microwave, blender juice-maker, toaster  
oven, and coffee-maker. Purified water is also provided 
 
Maid service is included and is provided 6 days a week ( not on 
Sundays). All linen and towels(including beach towels) are provided.  
A washer and dryer are available in the house. 
 
There is a separate TV and music-room with satellite TV, DVD-player  
and HI-FI system. Phone is available in the house for local calls only but you can 
receive international and national calls.  
 
Parking is possible in the private garage or just outside the gate  
of the house

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly(7 nights) rental rate in US Dollars:  
 
December 16 to January 5: 	        $ 4,928 
January 5 to April 30:	        	$ 4,480  
May 1 to June 30: 	        	$ 3,920   
July 1 to August 31: 	        	$ 4,480   
September 1 to December 15:             $ 3,920   
 
Prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed. A 10%  
tax will be added to the rental rate.  
 
Minimum stay is 7 nights. To get the daily rate for any additional  
night divide the weekly rate by 7.
