the beach and walking distance of shops and restaurants. 
 
This totally refurbished cottage sits peacefully amongst the live  
oaks and magnolias and is less than a 2-minute walk to the pristine  
beach.  Walk or bike to the Seagrove Market for your morning paper  
or walk to many of the renowned restaurants, boutiques and galleries  
in nearby Seaside.

"Summer Shadows" is a totally refurbished 3-bedroom/3-bathroom  
cottage nestled in amongst the lush foliage and unpaved roads of Old- 
Seagrove.  The cottage has been tastefully renewed and attractively  
furnished, yet harbors the aesthetics of the original Old-Florida  
cottage.  
 
The screened porch overlooks the private back-yard and is a perfect  
setting in which to cool-down after a sun-drenched day at the beach.  
The inner-porch holds a cozy seating area and a dining area and  
overlooks the screened porch and private yard.  The living-area  
accommodates a sleeper sofa, TV with cable hook-up and VCR/DVD  
player.  There is a hall-way bathroom with a shower on this ground- 
floor level.  The galley-style kitchen has all modern appliances and  
is fully-stocked for your cooking needs.  The 30A Seafood Market can  
provide you with the fresh catch of the day and is within walking  
distance of the cottage. 
 
The master-bedroom contains a king-sized bed, TV/VCR and all 3- 
bedrooms provide serene views of the surrounding lush vegetation.  
The second-bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV/VCR, a private balcony  
and access to a hallway bathroom. The third-bedroom holds two twin  
beds.  There are two bathrooms off the hall-way on this second level  
of the cottage. 
 
The private yard has an outdoor shower and a laundry facility with a  
full-sized washer and dryer. Parking for 4 cars.

Activities and Attractions

The Scenic-30A Bike Path meanders through quiet communities,  
alongside lakes, through woodlands and beach areas.  The path runs  
from Blue Mountain Beach to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9- 
miles being off road.  A real fun activity for all the family.  Bike  
rentals are available throughout 30A. 
 
Camp Creek Golf Club - "A mixture of savory ingredients and a chef's  
attention to detail have helped concoct the golf equivalent of a  
culinary masterpiece" - Rex Hoggard, Golf Week.  Located between  
Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach, an 18-hole, par 72 championship  
course measuring 7,151 yds.   
 
Nearby Destin is home to the largest charter fleet in Florida and  
both charter boats and party boats are available on a daily basis.
