$79 per night -- Queen Condo A: 2 Queens in 1 room as pictured (Full Kitchenette: Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, microwave/toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, etc.) Livingroom 2 TV's,  RomanTub/shower

$139 per night for both A & B Condos adjoining Living rooms with a by-pass door so you will have 1 extra large condo, and have the privacy as you desire.

Everyone loves to stay at our condo because you have everything in
one place: 4 affordable restaurants, great retail shops, French bakery, cigar and wine shops, gelato ice cream, convenient/food/wine/beer store.  You can park your car for your entire stay and never have to drive anywhere No hassles of getting in and out of the car.

Our Condo Suites are perfectly located on the 2nd floor in the
center of "A" main building, overlooking the piazza with dancing
fountains, entertainment stage and screens.

When scheduled, Live Entertainment performs variety of music on Friday and Saturday nights (6:30 to 10:00 pm)

A 3 sided Giant screen shows Football, Basketball, NASCAR/Daytona Races, movies, and concerts.

Each Condo has French doors opening onto 2 balconies to lounge, sip
your favorite beverage and view activities in the piazza below.

This beautiful European style condo can be rented as a whole suite or
split into 2 separate suites (CondoA & Condo B - see below).

All Condos are Non Smoking, no pets/animals

Condo A: Sleeps 2-4+
2 queen European Tempurpedic beds in one room as pictured, linens
included, 2 sink bathroom with a Roman tub/shower, hair dryer 2 TVs
(42" Plasma TV in bedroom and 19" TV in livingroom)
Full kitchenette (2 burner stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher,
toaster/microwave, coffee maker, utensils, glasses, plates, pots/pans,
silverware, Large table (eating/desk) with 2 chairs, Leather sofa with
2 chairs in living room overlooking the courtyard and entertainment stage


King Condo B: Sleeps 2+
1 king European Tempurpedic bed, linens included, 2 sink bathroom
with walk-in shower, hair dryer, 2 TVs (42" Plasma TV in
bedroom and 19" TV in Living room, Refrigerator, Wet Bar kitchenette,
microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, plates & utensils
Bistro Table & 2 chairs, Leather Sofa with 2 chairs in living room
overlooking the courtyard and entertainment stage

Both Unit A and Unit B Suites can be joined by opening a by-pass door
door, so you will have 1 extra large condo, and have privacy at night.

New Twin fold up bed available for either Condo for $3 to $5 per night

European Village has it all! You can park your car for your entire
stay and never have to drive to a restaurant, convenient/general store or
shops.

When scheduled, Entertainment is to perform on Friday and Saturday nights
6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. The overall festive atmosphere will keep you coming back for more visits.

You can stroll the European style piazza courtyard filled with
outdoor tables.  Sit under umbrellas and listen to music while eating or drinking.
Partake in festivities, eat at the many affordable fine food and well
known restaurants throughout piazza, sing along in the piano bar, or discover specialty wines in the wine bar and speciality cigars in Cigar/smoke shop

There are many upscale shops such as: fine jewelry, children, fine women
and men's clothing boutiques, nail and hair salon, wine and cheese shop, gift and home decor shop, French bakery, Nutrition shop, general/convenient store (food/wine/beer), Deli Sandwiches, Flower shop, and Italian Gelato Ice cream.

Beach is 1 mile away - Walk along the Intercoastal across street and walk under the Canopy Tree trail.  The Pool/jacuzzi is not available at this time.

Close to: 25 Golf courses, Drive on Beaches, across the street from Inter-coastal, 30 mins south to Daytona 500 Speedway and Museum, 30 mins north St Augustine and to Golf Hall of Fame Museum/golf course
