Villa La Estancia offers an outstanding ocean view pool, with swim up 
bar, 5 ocean view hot tubs, 2 private tennis courts, executive 
fitness center that includes a Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, poolside 
and beach services, and 2 restaurants.  The standard 
amenities include phone, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, Stereo, 
room service, purified water system, 24 hour check-in reception, 
security, secure parking, concierge, and business center services. 
You can also enjoy an onsite mini-supermarket, deli, ice cream stand, 
video rental, internet cafe, pharmacy and full service spa.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This luxurious 5th floor Villa offers a spacious terrace with a 
spectular view  of the ocean, Medano Beach and Lands End. The Villa 
features a dramatic iron entryway, travertine marble  floors, granite 
countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, air conditioning with ceiling 
fans throughout. 

The Villa has 2 bedrooms / 3 baths and is spacious enough to sleep 8 
people comfortably.  

The Mediterranean style Living Area features a large dining table, 
buffet, entertainment center with TV, VCR, stereo, CD player, queen 
sleeper sofa with chairs, and a separate bathroom. 

Kitchen is modern, upgraded, and, is fully equipped:
	Breakfast bar 
	Side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser
	Range top/ stove / oven / microwave
	Dishwasher/garbage disposal
	Large pantry

Laundry room has a washer, dryer and separate sink.

comfortable lounges to enjoy view.
