do not provide keys to our guests. All access is controlled by

codes, which EXPIRE AFTER EACH RENTAL. You do not need to worry  
about  
keys being copied, driving to a rental office, losing keys at the  
beach, or meeting at the property to let others in. Our guests love  
this system, and we know that you will too!Phone, Air Conditioning,

Sep 01-Nov 30 .. $850/week .. $2450/month. 
 
Refundable Deposit of $300 on all rentals. 
All rates are plus tax. 
All rates include cleaning. 
No Smoking. 
No Pets 
 
Cancellation Policy  
 
In case of cancellation sixty days or more prior to arrival date,  
the deposit will be returned less a 50% cancellation fee. If a  
cancellation is less than sixty days prior to arrival date, no  
refund will be made unless rental unit is rerented for lease period. 
No refunds for Weather related cancellations or evacuations.
