Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation sixty days or more prior to arrival date,
the deposit will be returned less a 50% cancellation fee. If a
cancellation is less than sixty days prior to arrival date, no
refund will be made unless rental unit is rerented for lease period.
No refunds for Weather related cancellations or evacuations.
