Vacation Rental Description

Tucked into a hillside and surrounded by 1.4 acres of redwood  
forest, Cazadero Heaven is a delightful cabin with original redwood  
interior and  river rock fireplace and hearth.  The location is  
beautiful, serene, and romantic; its own seasonal creek provides an  
especially charming ambiance from autumn through spring.  A few  
hundred yards down the hill is a deeded access path to Austin Creek,  
a beautiful year round creek with swimming hole and gravel beaches.  
In the back is a lovely valley full of towering redwoods and ferns  
with a secluded deck and six person hot tub. The dining deck  
provides a patio dining set, gas barbecue and loungers. 
 
      Very comfortable for four people, both bedrooms have queen  
beds.  This lovely cabin has been outfitted with many pleasing  
amenities, including a full surround stereo system, high-speed cable  
Internet access, unlimited domestic/Canadian long distance  
telephone, and an extensive movie collection.  The newly remodeled  
bathroom has a stall shower.   The owners have lavished attention on  
this beautiful cabin and have created a very special retreat for  
families as well as for adults looking for romance or a quiet  
getaway. 
 
      Cazadero Heaven is located three miles from the Russian River  
and a fifteen minute drive from the ocean beaches.  The town of  
Duncans Mills, with shops and restaurants, is about a five minute  
drive and Raymond's Bakery is just up the road.

Vacation Rental Rates

$195/night; $1170/week; plus 11% tax and $75 one-time, non- 
refundable cleaning fee.  Three nights for the price of two in  
January, February, and March; weekly rate during these months is  
$925.   
Cancellation insurance available. 
 
One week minimum in July and August; three or more nights minimum  
for holidays and special events; two night minimum otherwise. 
 
Payments can be made by personal check, Visa, MasterCard, and  
Discover Card.
