We call this our Avalon home.

Premier 2900 square foot house, near the 101 freeway and Shea. Close 
to the best of everything Scottsdale has to offer. You will love 
this house if you want to be in the center of Scottsdale. 

Heated Pool and Spa!! Yes, its worth the extra look. When faced 
with having a heated pool or not, the choice is clear. the water 
temp goes down too low after the month of Sept 15th to swim 
comfortably. 

Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins and 2 fold out couches. 

Location: Just south of Shea and just East of Scottsdale Road and 
Pima. Close to Phoenix Open, Jackson Car Aution, Highway 101, 
golf, and shopping. 10 minutes to Old Town and 10 Minutes to 
Kierland Commons, 30 Min to the Games.
