The main living-area has vaulted ceilings and is comfortably furnished and has a 42" flat-screen TV, fireplace, and a library of books.  The kitchen is fully-stocked and has a dining table for 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2.  There is also a formal dining area for 6.  A screened door takes you to the outside patio area. There's a full-sized washer/dryer off the hallway.

The master-bedroom has a queen bed and a large private bathroom with tub/shower and walk-in closet. 32" TV.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with access to the hall bathroom with tub/shower. 14" TV.  The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with access to the hall bathroom with tub/shower. 18" TV.

The private patio off the kitchen has a charcoal grill.  The yard is nicely landscaped and private.  There's a double garage, plus additonal parking in the driveway.

The beach access is approx. a 5-minute walk-away. Or, if you have lots of beach gear and coolers, you can drive to nearby Bramble Grove park, which is within approx. a mile, where there are bathrooms, ramp access to the beach and lifeguards are on duty during the season.

Scenic-30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18 miles
between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east. This area is
also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the
Gulf of Mexico.

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses including Camp Creek Golf Club
within 4-miles.

Extensive kid’s attractions and amusements can be found in nearby
Panama City Beach and Destin.

Wonderful shopping in unique beach communities scattered along 30A.

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue
Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being off-
road. A real fun activity for all the family.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach area.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature
trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive to the north and sits on Tucker Bayou ..
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped
oaks.
