Vacation Rental Description

Seaplace is a beautifully landscaped and maintained community  
located on the Gulf of Mexico, in Longboat Key, Florida.   
 
The condominium is a one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath loft - approximately  
1000 square feet with a spacious living area that has a beautiful  
view of the Gulf of Mexico from the porch.  One can even see the  
beautiful Florida sunsets.  A large park-like area is also seen from  
the porch.  The bedroom is upstairs in a private setting with  
spacious closets and a king-size bed.  The couch in the living room  
also opens up into a bed for occasional visitors.  The unit is fully  
equipped - dishes and linens and towels are supplied. A washer/dryer  
is in the unit.  High speed internet access is also available in the  
unit. A bike is  available for use.  Everything that one would  
desire is located within walking distance at Seaplace.  Publix  
shopping center is just a few minutes away as well as St. Armands  
Key; downtown Sarasota; and wonderful restaurants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Seaplace has a beautiful secluded private beach; a newly remodeled  
clubhouse with his and her exercise rooms; swimming facilities  
consist of two swimming pools; one kiddie pool and two spas; three  
Har-Tru tennis courts; and a one mile walking trail.  There are  
outdoor barbques located at Seaplace for your use.
