A two level main villa set on 1.8 acres with two guest cottages overlooking the
azure Chalk Sound whose myriad of small cays offers great views and
interesting snorkeling and kayaking. Right on Chalk Sound with small
private beach. Infinity edged pool and sundecks to catch the cooling
trade winds. Very quiet and private, just you, the sun, breeze and
the view.
Cottages can allow privacy for individual couples(or teenagers). Each
of the cottages has Bedroom(ex-long twin beds),living room,
dining/kitchenette facilities and bathroom.
Main house provides full kitchen. Pool is sunk into deck
in front of main house and between cottages. Cable TV and AC and
ceiling fans in cottages and house.
Across street from Tennis Courts and Taylor Bay Beach(white sand and
great for kids with gradual slope and almost never any surf).
