Vacation Rental Description

Port St Lucie waterfront home has a 40 ft Dock (with electric & 
water) and a 33 ft gravel RV Pad for your RV or boat trailer.  
Beautifully furnished, the 1,800 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-car 
garage home has undergone extensive interior remodeling completed in 
January 2006. Includes new porcelain tile floors throughout.  
With your own hot tub and 16 ft x 24 ft heated pool, this is the 
perfect choice for your winter retreat, temporary corporate housing, 
or as your vacation destination any time of the year.  

Relax with the morning paper in the comfortably decorated and 
screened Entry Lanai.  In the Living Room, stretch out on the La-Z-
Boy recliner or sectional sofa to enjoy the Gas-Log Fireplace and 
TV/DVD/VCR.    

Within view of the St. Lucie River, the 40' x 12' Florida Room 
provides you a panoramic view of the waterway.  With ample dining & 
seating areas, it's an ideal place for spending time with your family 
and friends.  Also includes a TV/DVD with digital cable providing 
over 100 channels plus HBO movie channels.  French doors open to 
the large 1,300 sq ft screened enclosure with Hot Tub and Heated 
Pool (electric heat pump).

Although "NO SMOKING" is allowed inside the house, wind-proof 
ashtrays are provided in the screened outdoor rooms for you or your 
guests who smoke.
