Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful stone county house (4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths) built in 1992 on a gorgeous,  
private  landscaped property with a large pool, sweeping lawn, and beautiful views of the  
Luberon. With all the modern conveniences one could wish for. Walking distance to the  
charming town of St. Santurnin les Apt (a small working village open year round with  
everything you need) and a short 5 minute drive to Apt for bigger shopping sprees.  
Wonderful market on Saturday. Private and quiet.  Fenced with a security gate and video  
monitor and security shuters. 
 
The house is built in a U shape with a courtyard in the interior with a fountain and table  
and chairs. The large and high ceiling living room and dining room areas (the table  
extends to seat 12) are separated by a working fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped  
with a center island and a deep fryer for pomme fritte. The pantry off the kitchen houses  
the washer, dryer, and freezer. There is another large refrigerator/freezer on the lower  
level.  Tiled floors throughout and central heating. Modern baths with jetted tubs in the  
bathrooms. 
 
A large lanai covered with vines with a granite table and 8 wrought iron chairs overlooking  
the pool and lawn. A patio with another table and chairs near the outside built-in  
barbeque.  Large pool for lap swimming and a platform for table tennis. Sweeping lawn for  
outdoor play. Chaise lounges and pool toys. Games for children.  
 
Pool has alarms for safety. Fruit bearing trees in the summer. Only a few minutes to the  
tourist villages of Rousillon and Gordes. 
 
45 minutes from the TGV train station in Avignon and 1 hour to the airport in Marseilles.
