Vacation Rental Description

THANK YOU to all our 2008 tenants! We will start making up the 
schedule for 2009 in NOVEMBER of this year. As always, returning 
tenants will be contacted first, as to their preferences. Following 
that we will attempt to accommodate new tenants on a first come, first 
served basis. Send an email to reserve your place in line. SEPTEMBER 
is the easiest time to get a new booking. And again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! 
 
If you don't see "Check Calendar" underlined and in blue, just above, 
my apologies. It means "they" (the website operators) have (ONCE 
AGAIN!) taken down our availability calendar. Please contact me and 
I'll put it back up, yet again.  
 
Please Note: If you are yet another SCAMMER, trying to pass bogus 
CASHIER'S CHECKS on us, stop wasting our time. We know the scam, we're

DESCRIPTION: 
Classic turn of the century beach house with over 200 ft. of its own 
private beach on Nantucket Sound, accessible via a wooden boardwalk 
from the front door. An extra large fully enclosed front porch has 
panoramic views of the ocean, as does the open-air side porch. There 
are unobstructed views to Nantucket Sound from everywhere in the house 
and on the property.  
 
All bedrooms have ocean views, with the front two bedrooms directly 
facing Nantucket Sound. There is ample privacy from the wooded area to 
the back and sides of the house. It is a convenient 3 minute walk to 
downtown Harwichport.  
 
This is one of the nicest beachfront rental houses around. Located at 
10 Braddock Lane, Harwich Port, MA. Google Earth will give you a great 
view of the property. It's the house in the center, facing the beach, 
not quite where the green arrow on the map is. 
 
PLEASE check the AVAILABILITY CALENDAR at this web site BEFORE 
contacting us, to see if that week is already booked. Unless you are 
asking to be on a waiting list, we WILL NOT responds to emails for 
weeks that are already booked. PLEASE, be courteous.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enclosed outdoor shower, full bath downstairs, half bath upstairs.  
Fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities; washer, dryer,  
dishwasher, microwave, gas range, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, 
dishware, silverware. Cable TV, VCR, DVD player. Wooden boardwalk to 
beach. Gas and electric heat throughout the house. Ample parking in rear.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are all per week. For 2008, the rates are: 
 
May 31-June 28: $2400 per week 
June 28-September 5: $3100 per week 
September 5-October 15: $2100 per week.  
 
The house is closed before May 31st, and from October 15th, 2008 to 
the first week of June 2009. Rental periods of less than one week are 
only rarely considered, and only for periods late in the season. 
 
Two week rentals and longer receive priority. A non-refundable $80 
cleaning deposit and refundable $200 security deposit are required. A  
deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to hold the week(s) of 
your choice, which must be received no later than 3 months prior to 
the rental period. The balance is due two weeks prior to check-in. 
Deposits are fully refundable if requested 4 months prior to the 
period being held, or after that if that period is fully re-rented. 
References are required and will be checked.  
 
There is no smoking permitted in the residence. No pets are allowed. 
Wedding ceremonies are not permitted on the premises. 
 
September is a BEAUTIFUL time to vacation on Cape Cod. The crowds have 
left, the water's still warm, and the cranberry harvest is in full
