Private Beach - Nantucket Sound Beach House in Harwichport in Harwich Port

Classic turn of the century beach house with over 200 ft. of its own private beach on Nantucket Sound, accessible via a wooden boardwalk from the front door. An extra large fully enclosed front porch has panoramic views of the ocean, as does the open-air side porch. There are unobstructed views to Nantucket Sound from everywhere in the house and on the property.

All four bedrooms have ocean views, with the front two bedrooms directly facing Nantucket Sound. There is ample privacy from the wooded area to the back and sides of the house. It is a convenient 3 minute walk to downtown Harwichport.

THERE ARE LOTS OF OPENINGS IN SEPTEMBER - The weather is COOLER, the water's still WARM, the crowds are GONE! Enjoy the Cranberry Festival.

This is one of the nicest beachfront rental houses around, located at 10 Braddock Lane, Harwich Port, MA. Google Earth will give you a great view of the property. It's the house in the center, facing the beach, not quite where the green arrow on the map is.

Please check the Availability Calendar at this web site to see if the week you desire is available. If it's not, you may ask to be placed on a waiting list. At this time though, all booked weeks are under contract; someone would need to cancel in order for that week to become available. Please consider another time period if you are able.

SEPTEMBER is a beautiful time on Cape Cod, and is being offered at a DISCOUNTED RATE. Beat the crowds and still enjoy the warm water! Plus, we'll even consider stays less than a week, or starting or ending on days other than Saturday. We're flexible! Please just ask.

The rates, all on a per-week basis, are as follows:

May 21 - June 18 : $2800

June 18 - Sept. 3 : $3800

Sept. 3 - Oct. 1    : $2200

Oct. 1 - Nov. 5     : $1500

The house is closed before May 21st, and after November 5th, 2011.

Rental periods of less than one week, starting on any weekday, are welcome during September and October.

On-season, two week rentals and longer will receive a higher priority. A non-refundable $85 cleaning deposit and refundable $200 security deposit are required. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to hold the week(s) of your choice, which must be received no later than 3 months prior to the rental period. The balance is due two weeks prior to check-in.
Deposits are fully refundable if requested 4 months prior to the period being held, or after that if that period is fully re-rented.

There is no smoking permitted in the residence. No pets are allowed.

Wedding ceremonies, receptions, parties, etc. are not permitted on the premises.
