Caribbean Breeze is a newly furnished and decorated, 8 bedroom,
Gulf View home that comfortably sleeps 26. It has 7 adult bedrooms,
1 kids bunk bedroom, 2 fully-equipped kitchens and 2 large living
rooms. The first floor of the house makes the perfect sanctuary for
older parents and grandparents who may want to retreat to their own
living space for some peaceful time away from the activities of a
large family vacation. This groundlevel living area also works well
for a person in a wheelchair or who has problems with steps.
Located just outside Seagrove Beach, Florida, it is convenient to
the 30-A bike path, shops, and special activities as well as
restaurants at Rosemary Beach, Camp Creek Lake, and Seaside. The
sheer spaciousness and privacy in this home combine to make
Caribbean Breeze a much sought after beach home by large families
for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from third floor covered porches and
living areas. There are bedrooms on all floors (4 kings, 2 queens, 1
full, 2 twin/twin/trundle bunks), a living room on the first floor
(1 queen sleeper sofa), and a large 14 foot by 26 foot living room
on the second floor (2 queen sleeper sofas). There is a separate
laundry room, 2 fully-equipped kitchens, a Nintendo Wii, games, videos, DVD players, and beach/pool toys. The
driveway has parking for 6 to 8 cars and has a basketball hoop.
The direct beach access is only 25 yards away. When you are not at
the beach, you can relax in the beautifully landscaped yard that
contains a large private 24 foot by 12 foot swimming pool and a huge
lawn area that is spacious enough for lawn games.
