impressive and colorful 3000 Sq Ft Villa is perched right above Dominical Beach. We have 
explosive ocean views and gorgeous lush rain forest views from all of our windows. Our 
Villa is located where the Rain Forest meets the Ocean. Our Villa sleeps 8 People 
comfortably. Secluded private luxury. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 2 Infinity Edge Pools, 
Children’s Pool and 30 Foot Lap Pool. Free Calls to US, Canada and Europe. Free High 
Speed Internet

We have a Security System with Camera,TV Monitor, Intercom and Electronic Gate to the 
Garage. 

Our Villa was finished in 2006 and we have all the modern conveniences that you’ll want, 
in the most beautiful open air tropical setting of the Rain Forest. There is a Land Line 
Telephone with Internet Access, please bring your Lap Top, Satellite T.V., DVD Player, CD 
Player, Fax Machine, Laundry with Full Size Washer and Dryer. We offer a Library of Movies 
for your viewing, along with various Board Games. We have an Electronic Safe that you can 
set personally and we also have Air Conditioning.

We have a fully equipped Kitchen with Gas Stove, Self Cleaning Oven, Titanium Refrigerator 
with Filtered Water, Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder. Our 
Dining Table sits 10 people. 

From Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida you can see the surf, the surfers and dolphins.   
You can also see the Humpback Whales migrating. We have captured in one special place 
all the sights and sound of wildlife. We have visiting flying Toucan, Anteaters, White Faced 
Monkeys, Howler Monkeys, Frogs, Butterflies, Frogs, Lizards, Geckos, Coati Mundi, Sloths 
and an enormous variety of birds, Trogons, Mott Motts, Parrots, Tanagers (too many to 
list). It’s a haven for bird and wildlife enthusiasts.

Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida is an Excellent Location for all year around, we have Indoor 
and Outdoor Living including a 3 Tiered Water Fountain, Stainless Steel BBQ, Hammocks, 
Picnic Table, Benches, and Chaise Lounges. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Make the meal of your dreams, or ask us to supply you with a chef to cook in our open 
designed kitchen. Then dine in style just the two of you, or host a gathering for anyone 
you are trying to impress. Our Dining Table will fit 10 people. We have formal China for 
entertaining your guests while at our Villa

Tea Pot, Spices. We also offer Plastic Glasses, Plates and Dessert Bowls for casual 
relaxation outside on the beautiful large deck, while enjoying one of spectacular sunsets, 
sunrises, just looking at the beach and rain forest or making one of your favorite meals at 
our large gas Stainless Steel BBQ and sitting at our outdoor picnic table. Enjoy lying on the 
chase lounges sipping cocktails and sunbathing.

Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida is a full service villa we provide all Tommy Hilfilger  100% 
Cotton Sheets and 100% Cotton Bath Towels, 100% Cotton Tea Towels and we also offer 
daily, bi daily or weekly Maid Service, etc.
