Vacation Rental Description

Escape to the Emerald Coast and engulf yourself in the natural 
beauty of "private sugar-white sand beach" and emerald waves. Come 
enjoy the 
pleasures of relaxation in this attractive newly renovated unit with 
marble flooring, soothing earth tone décor, and tranquil atmosphere!

The condominium sleeps up to six comfortably with sleeper sofa and 
bunkbeds built into the hallway wall that kids find incredible. Unit 
features luxurious marble flooring, marble countertop in the 
bathroom with double sinks, decorative furniture, and art displays. 
Modern appliances in well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy easy, private, 
beach access to the beautiful, white-sugar sands and blue-green 
water.

Complex features two swimming pools (enjoy the heated pool) as well 
as a whirlpool and charcoal grills with a lovely, landscape setting. 
Laundry facilities and soda machines are available throughout the 
property.

Restaurants, winery and boutique shopping are within walking 
distance. Silver Sands outlet mall, Bass Pro Shop, and Destin 
Commons are just a few of the countless shopping venues nearby. 
There are also many attractions nearby for families with children.

Payment Information:
A minimum payment of $200.00 of the total fees is required at the 
time of booking in order to hold the reservation. The advance 
payment will be applied towards the total rent due. The balance due 
must be submitted at least two weeks prior to arrival. 

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of 
all fees received less a $20 cancellation fee. Advance payment of 
$200.00 down will not be refunded if cancellation made between 31 
days and 89 days prior to arrival; all other fees will be refunded. 

Hurricane Warnings:
If a hurricane warning is issued for our area during your stay, a 
refund will be made for any days remaining on your rental agreement 
if you choose to check out. You will still be required to pay the 
$75.00 cleaning fee and 11% Florida tax.
If a hurricane warning is issued during your booked time, you may 
choose to change your dates of stay if the unit is not already 
booked for the dates you wish to change to.
