Summer months offer nightly fireworks on the Bay with historical Belmont Amusement Park just a short

Summer Peak Rates are June through August and include the following holidays: Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New
Years, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Easter. Weekly rentals are booked from Saturday to Saturday.
June: $2000/2400/week
July: $2000-$2500/week
August: $2000-2400/week
Discount for 2-3 week bookings! One month booking is tax free!
Ask about Off Season Rates (September-May) not including holidays.
10.5% city room tax will apply to rental rate
$500.00 security deposit to hold reservation
$100.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit
Deposit and tax due 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation of reservation will be emailed upon receipt of payment.
No smoking and no pets helps maintain an allergy free
environment, and no loud parties helps ensure a decibel-friendly
community environment.
