Non-refundable Cleaning fee:  
     Stay of one month or more: $ 125 
     Stay of two weeks or more but less than one month: $ 100 
     Stay of one but less than two weeks: $ 75 
     Stay of less than one week: $ 50 
     Stay of one day: $ 25 
 
Refundable Security deposit:  
     Short term: $ 500  
     Longer term:$ 1,000  
     Seasonal and Annual: One-month rent 
due at time of booking to hold the reservation. Security deposit,  
less damage charges, if any, will be refunded within 10 days after  
inspection of the home and its contents. The total balance of the  
rental fee is due 60 days prior to occupancy. If reservation is made  
less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire balance including the  
cleaning fee and the security deposit is due immediately. 
 
Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will only be refunded if  
cancellation is received prior to 60 days of occupancy date. 
 
Payment options: Cashier's/Registered check, Money Order.
