Beachside II, 1b/1b-sleeps 6 - First Floor-Pool and Beach in Destin

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is located six miles east of the
heart of Destin. There is nothing like it on the Panhandle. It has
four championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a sports and spa
clinic, biking trails throughout, many shops and restaurants, the
Hilton Hotel, WIFI and much more. It is beautifully landscaped with
security at all the entrances. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes
and rollerblade.

This unit is a one bedroom on the beach in Beachside Towers. The
unit number is 4211 Beachside II Towers. My rates all year round
are 40% off the resort rates (and sometimes more). It is on the
first floor at the pool. The closest unit to Elephant Walk in the
resort, a great location. The heated pool is out the back door, just
steps from the beach. You also have access to the Hilton's pools,
jacuzzis, spa, restaurants, etc. This unit is perfect for a couple
with two small children. I have recently repainted the entire unit,
renovated the bathroom and has new furniture.

Across the street overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay, there is a new
community in Sandestin called Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous
shops and restaurants, a fun place to go without leaving the resort.
You can drive or take the boat ferry, which is free of charge.

This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer
and dryer, linens provided, and free local and long distance call within the continental US, it also has Free WIFI.  It has a small bedroom wiith bunk beds in it. In the family room is a king murphy bed that comes down
off of the wall. It is very comfortable, and doesn't take up any
floor space. The sofa is also a sleeper. It is tiled throughout (no carpet).

I own a total of five units in Destin and have been renting them
myself since I bought my first one 17 years ago. My rates can't be
beat anywhere. Over half of my business is repeat or referral. I
keep my rates low and my condos very nice so you will tell your
friends and family and want to come back! No matter how long you
stay... it is never enough!
