Vacation Rental Description

Would you like to have it all and still have some seclusion....some 
peace and quiet ? Or play golf in the morning (one block away) then 
sit on the beach or swim in the afternoon (one block away), followed 
by a 'siesta' in one of our hammocks beside our heated pool. You can 
listen to the flowing waters of our fountain, complete with tropical 
birds, or slip inside to an air conditioned living room where you can 
see a movie on TV. You can take 
it or leave it at 'La Hacienda de Santiago'....you have a choice.

Two beautiful villas are connected by a breeze way. Each villa has
 2 baths, 2 bedrooms (one king-size bed with inside bathroom), 
(two full-size beds with outside bathroom). The kitchen is fully  
equipped, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards and knives, 
microwave and blender and juicer, coffee maker. For the bathroom 
towels and linens for the bedrooms also washing machine.
Housecleaning and linen laundry service are provided. 
Two parking places with roof at the front one for each Villa.

you can find the town of Miramar outside the Club and Santiago town 
10 minutes away, the Port of Manzanillo half an hour away and many 
others town in between. also different beaches, restaurants, bars and 
amenities. if you need more information, contact me.

Vacation Rental Amenities

In Unit:  Sky TV, Kitchen has Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, 
Blender, Toaster, Coffeemaker. Washing machine, all bedrooms have Air 
Conditioner and cieling fans,  Linen and Maid service provided.
On Site:  Heated Pool, gardens, fountain, terrace with hamacas, 
Sunning Patio. Close by the beach, golf club and tennis for an extra 
fee. Supermarkets within walking distance. International airport 35 
minutes away.

If you need a maid service and cook let us know this will be to your 
own expenses

Minimum 7 nights...$150 damage deposit..50% deposit to reserved.
