Rental Fee:
Ranges from $850 � $1,700 per week depending on season and length of
stay. A cleaning and laundry charge of $95 for the stay will be paid
by the tenant. Minimum rental period is one week except for holidays
which are two weeks minimum stay.
Regular weekly rates:
$975 per week for 1 week
$900 per week for 2 weeks
$850 per week for 3 or more weeks.
High season rates:
$1050 per week for 1 week
$975 per week for 2 weeks
$900 per week for 3 or more weeks.
Holiday rates $1700 per week, Pesach and Sukkot a minimum of 2 weeks stay
Deposit: 50% of total rental fee required to make a binding
reservation, balance due upon arrival at apartment.
Cancellation Policy: With at least one month's notice the entire
deposit will be refunded less $350 for expenses. With two weeks to one
months notice, half the deposit will be refunded. Less than two weeks
notice no refund.
