Windsong 5 is a low density townhouse located in the heart of Mexico
Beach, FL only 30 minuets east of Panama City FLorida. There is
plenty of marine life to view such as dolphins, stingray, sea turtle
nests, and the ever popular sand crabs to hunt at night. Known
as "The Forgotten Coast", Mexico Beach is a small quiet beach
community without the noise and congestion of people. This area is
known to have some of the cleanest and safest eaches in Florida.

This large non smoking Gulf Front Townhouse has two balconies that
overlook the beach, one off the master and one off the main living
area. The main level includes the living area with queen pullout queen
sofa, kitchen, dining bath, and bedroom with a bunk bed and a queen bed. There is
ceramic tile in the main living areas, laundry room, halls, and
3 bathrooms. The unit is fully equiped with a completely stocked
kitchen and 2 refrigerators with ice makers.  A new air conditioning system was installed in 2010. 

The upper level includes a queen bedroom with bath. The king
bedroom has a sitting area and a large master bath, walk in closet
and a deck overlooking the beach. A laundry room is located on the
upper level with full sized appliances. Linens are provided.

Parking is located underneath the unit and additional space is 
available in the complex parking lot.

Some of the amenities include: 4 Cable TVs, VCR, DVD, Stereo,
Dishwasher, Microwave, 2 refrigerators with Ice Maker, Charcoal
Grill, and Internet.

Area Activities include: Golf, Shopping, Sightweeing, Restaurants,
Sailing, Boating, Waterskiing, Parasailing, Jet Skis, Shelling,
Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, WIndsurfing, Biking, Wildlife Viewing,
Hiking, Fishing, Antiquing, and Museums.

The new larger public Fishing Pier is within easy walking distance.

All stays require a 11.5% lodging tax and $120 cleaning fee.  There is a $200 refundable damage deposit required with booking.
