This charming Tudor Home that is located at the end of a quite cul-de-sac is your perfect get away
for any vacation/business trip to the Tacoma/Seattle area.

The house has many amenities to include a dry sauna, fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless
internet, and dish TV with HBO and other movie channels. There are three bedrooms, an office, a
living room with a 32" LCD TV, kitchen, dinning room, entry living room perfect for family
gatherings, upstairs family room with a bar and another 32" LCD TV. The office has a computer with
internet.

Steilacoom has something fun going on almost all the time in this historical town, such enjoyments
as the annual Salmon Bake, Apple Squeeze, or the summer Wednesday night Band Stand are just examples
of what this place has to offer. The ocean also offers all sorts of excitement like Scuba Diving
classes, boating, riding on the nearby fairy or just walking down the beach. Of course if fresh
water is more inviting then take a summer swim in American Lake up the road, or have more fun do a
little water skiing. For other fun out door activities nearby Mt Rainier and other neighboring
mountains offer a variety of winter skiing and summer hiking. There are also plenty of attractions
in a close radius of Steilacoom, such as Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma, the Museum of Glass, and Wild
Waves park a little north of Tacoma. Seattle is only a small drive north and has attractions like
the Space Needle, Science Center, Experience Music Project, The Dinner Train and Cruises are also
available.

Damage Deposit: $200 - Fully refundable as long as the house is left in the same condition it was
