Vacation Rental Description

Perfect for the Executive Traveler or couples getaway.. This house is  
in great condition and includes an office for business travelers. I  
am very picky with this property which is why no pets are accepted,  
it is in great condition and I want to keep it that way.  Very close  
to the RedRock Casino and Redrock Mountain  
range for hiking, biking, etc.  Fresh paint and upgrades  
throughout..  Located just off of the 215 expressway and  
Charleston blvd.  Tennis/Recreation park is just 2 blocks away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All the amenities you will need are included.. just bring the  
groceries and you should be set.  Huge Master bed  
with Vera Wang mattress, very comfortable!  Not what you are used to  
sleeping on in rentals.  Basics include all of your utensils  
and cookware, towels, blowdryer, etc.  Full size washer/dryer  
included.  Charcoal grill out back for cooking on. This one even has  
a wine refrigerator for you vino lovers.  Blowup mattress included  
since one of the bedrooms is an office.  Flat screen TV's in the  
office and Master bedroom.  Set of Ping eye 2 blue dot golf clubs for  
use as well.

Activities and Attractions

The Summerlin area has so much to do it's tough to list them all.   
Redrock Mountains are only a few miles away and Redrock Casino is  
very close.  Parks, horseback riding, hiking, tennis, golf, you name  
it this area has it all!  Only about 20 minutes off the strip!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are negotiable based on how many nights you need.  Minimum of 2  
nights and no maximum.  Typical rates are $1000-$1500 per week  
depending on availability.  Monthly rentals are welcome and we can  
work out a rate over the phone depending on how long you are  
staying.
