Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates 
       Jan-Dec 2008 = $95 per night* (7 days 6 nights) 
 
                        *Holiday Rates* 
            *Easter/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's* 
                  Please call us to discuss rates.  
 
If unit is available, we offer a  discount for last minute  
bookings. If your booking is within 14 DAYS of travel we will offer a discount on our  
nightly rate.  
Payment in full will be required at confirmation. 
 
*Rates are subject to 12% Sales Tax. 
 
 
50% Deposit is due upon confirmation of booking. 
Full Payment is required 30 days prior to check-in. 
 
 
For stays of 3 nights or less there is an $85 cleaning fee.

Required at time of check-in: 
*Credit Card & Picture ID  
*100 Refundable Security Deposit - The Management Company will swipe your credit

Cancellation Policy: 
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of  
check-in. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for  
early departures.
