Vacation Rental Description

Our cabin is in Sierra Park gated cabin community just a couple minutes 
off Highway 108 in Long Barn between Twain Harte and Pinecrest Lake. 
It is a serene place to just sit back, relax and enjoy the silence 
among the giant cedars, pines and dogwoods. Twain Harte is less than 
10 minutes away for great shopping, recreation, and dining.   
The cabin has a large living room with bar open to the 
kitchen. The "backyard" is 110 acres of Stanislaus Forest with 
plenty of room for kids to play and explore. The cabin is close 
enough to the Bay Area for an easy weekend Getaway - 2 hours and 15 
minutes from the 580/680 interchange.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Over 1300 square feet, and a 500+ sq. ft deck to enjoy the view, 1 Bedroom + Big Loft, 1 bath
2 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Twin, plus a queen sofabed.  
There is parking for 2 cars. 
Stove/oven, Refrigerator, Coffee maker, microwave, TV(antenna)/DVD, 
BBQ (exc. winter), most utensils, pots and pans. 

Please bring your own linens (sheets, towels, sleeping bags)

Activities and Attractions

There is a new playground and lake that is stocked for kids under 16 
just a 5 minute walk from the cabin right inside the park. 

The cabin is around 4700’ elevation just off of highway 108 about 10 
minutes past quaint downtown Twain Harte and 15 minutes to Pinecrest 
for hiking, picnicking, fishing, winter Snow Play or summer movies in the dark! 
Hiking, caves, casinos (Black Oak and Chicken Ranch), are all just 
minutes away. ATV / Snow Mobile off-road trails abound.

Vacation Rental Rates

$120 per night.  2 night minimum. 3rd and subsequent nights - $110. 
Weekly rate is $695. Holiday rate is $130 per night, 3 
night minimum. 
$250 deposit includes $50 cleaning. Personal check accepted.  Paypal 
add 3%.
