Solitude and peace in the woods, yet minutes away from down town Great
Barrington.5 Bedroom Log Cabin on 11.5 Acres located on the backside
of Butternut Basin. 2 full baths, 2 Master Bedrooms with Queen size
bed in each, one on the first floor and one on the second. The second
floor has 3 additional bed rooms: one with full bed, one with 2
twin beds and one room with pull out queen sofa bed. TV with cable
offered. A private office has high-speed Internet available, computer
printer, fax and answering machine is located on the first floor.
Kitchen is fully equipped and opens into dining and family room. From
the front porch there is an expansive yard perfect for children and
outdoor activities.
Authentic log home with loads of character. Set back hundreds of feet
off Lake Buel Road on a private drive for complete privacy. Property
consists of 11.5 acres of lush protected forest with hiking trails out
of our back yard with the Appalachian Trail 1/4 mile from the back
door. Minutes from the town center of Great Barrington, only minutes to
Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, The Berkshire Playhouse, The Shakespeare
Co., the Norman Rockwell Museum, golf courses, shopping, hiking and
swimming.

We do not rent for anything less than the 1 week rate except for
holiday weekends that we have listed, so please note the weekend
rate is the same as the weekly rate listed.
Memorial Day or Labor Day Weekend 2009- $3,500
Plus: Utilities are not included in the stated rental price and will be billed
separately except for 3 day long weekends .
Security deposit is required on all rentals. There are no exceptions
